Oh [i]wow[/i], that research roll! Critical success! When you roll the highest number on a die (Ace!), you get to roll that die [i]again[/i], and again until you stop Acing. Every 4 above the target number is a "Raise". Succeeding with a Raise imparts further benefits (such as dealing extra damage on a combat roll).
