So far, Leo felt fine with Duke, and he was glad that his anger did not worry him. Leo is normally better at controlling his emotions, but whenever he thinks of his father.... Then things become harder for him to control his anger. [color=#cd5c5c]"Yeah, I hope so since Ares wants me to be a proper warrior and... disagrees with how I control myself, but I think I am just fine."[/color] A lingering taste of anger was in Leo's voice as he said that. It was one thing being yelled at by a parent but a god as well. Even though his mother raised him and not Ares. So maybe if Ares wanted a warrior, then he should have been there from the start. At least that is what Leo thinks about the whole situation. 

Then in a more friendly tone, [color=#cd5c5c]"Okay, Hephaestus okay."[/color] Leo trying to not sound mean or anything. [color=#cd5c5c]"Wait,"[/color] Leo now sounding a bit confused, [color=#cd5c5c]"Hephaestus never met you? Uh, I figured the gods would visit their child. I mean, Ares visited me."[/color] Maybe what Ares did was not the norm with how the gods interact with their demigod children. Though sending a letter was on par with what Ares did. Then Leo remembered how Sofia had never met or received any word from Hades. Maybe it just depends on the god, it seems.  

[color=#cd5c5c]"So, have you wanted to meet with your father? I know it can go south, mine did, but maybe yours won't."[/color] Leo trying to sound reassuring, [color=#cd5c5c]"Your father is not the god of war, so maybe he will be more... friendly or welcoming than mine was."[/color] Though Leo had to admit that he did not know much about how the gods worked. This being his first real venture into the world of gods and demigods. Leo is not even sure if any campers can contact their godly parent.           

But that thought was brushed aside as Leo made it to the armory, a place where he was bound to spend some time, seeing how training was going to be a thing. Leo asked one final question before entering. [color=#cd5c5c]"Since your father was Hephaestus, and I know I got some power from Ares."[/color] Leo was guessing here, and that was clear in his voice. 

[color=#cd5c5c]"What can you do, and did you make the weapons and armor in the armory?"[/color] Leo then entered inside and went to explore the place.

[color=#9966cc]"Okay, that is reassuring, and I hope this new leader will be better than the last one."[/color] While some of the concerns she had were addressed, it seemed already. She wondered if the new security can hold up to what else Hades has in mind. She did not like to think about that but who knows what will happen in the future. 

Though with training, the apparent purpose of the camp going to start tomorrow, and how while she has some muscle. Sofia is going to learn quickly if she can keep up with the rest. Still, the idea of having a six-pack is one she likes. Sofia just wishes that training will not be intense, and this new leader is a good one.     

Sofia crossed her arms and only, [color=#9966cc]"hmmmm."[/color] Like she was thinking of her next move with Mason. On one hand, she would very much like to meet and talk with him. They are siblings after all, and Sofia always liked the idea of having one. But it sounds like he may be hard to approach and talk to, but that is a challenge that she is up for. Now she just needed to figure out the right time and place for it.   

[color=#9966cc]"That is very good to know, Heath, and well, I will try regardless to talk to him. At least once."[/color] A sly smile appeared on her face. She hopes it will not cause a scene, but it will happen if she has any say in it.  

[color=#9966cc]"But if I need more help...."[/color] Sofia thought for a moment and got back to Heath. [color=#9966cc]"I think I am good for now. But if I need some help, where can I find you?"[/color] It is nice to know two friendly faces at camp so far. Heath and Leo, but she would love to know more people here. And the party tonight is sure to help with that. Maybe even see Leo and Heath if he comes to it. At least camp will not be boring, it seems. At least not today.
