Roxy nodded. An hour should be enough to reach his friend and talk to him. She wasn't looking forward to spending an hour in one of those places but there wasn't any other choice. Most phones can be traced nowadays. Burner phones were harder but not impossible. Especially with her father's resources. "Great," Roxy said sarcastically. She was glad that they didn't have to go far. At least they were still on the outskirts since most cities tried to keep those kinds of places on the outskirts. Hopefully, it wasn't one of the lower-end places. She looked for a motel that advertised hourly rates. Eventually, she saw it. It looked like it was in decent shape. Which was reassuring.
