Marvel printed a comic of Transformers in their own universe with Marvel heroes interacting with them, but they were never part of 616 lore - it was always a situation of the Transformers having to be accomodated with their own reality to weave the heroes in, not the other way around. Moreover, I don't feel that this game really lends itself to Autobots and Decepticons co-existing with a political intrigue story about the government versus metahumans. Transformers tend to shift the focus of any story towards their existence, and I can't see how it wouldn't be really distracting to have them pop up in the midst of any interactions. I'm gonna have to say no this time, aswell.
