The sudden gust of wind ruffled his hair, and nearly knocked the bag of goldfish crackers out of his hand. “Oh, is that what we’re doing? Ok, challenge accepted!” Of course, not wanting to be outdone, Conner just had to show off a move of his own. With a flick of his fingers, he pulled a small ribbon of water out from a nearby water fountain. The water curled and shimmered above his hand before arcing outward in a quick, fluid motion. “Watch closely.” he said, lifting his hand like he was about to take a bow. With a smirk, he traced the air in front of him with a casual swipe, guiding the water into a loose, floating heart shape. It was little wobbly, but recognizably cutesy. He turned slightly and angled it toward John, letting the heart hang there in midair for too long to be innocent. “For you, Johnny boy.” He said with a wink. Unfortunately, Conner hadn’t thought this all the way through, and the heart drooped, then splashed to the ground. Leaving a small puddle of water on the floor at John’s feet. Conner blinked at it, then looked up with a sheepish grin. “…Okay, mostly nailed it.” [@IAmTheIsland] [@shylarah]
