The Black Fleet is probably more of an antagonist faction, but they're not off-limits if it jibes well with a character concept.

Gonna say characters will need to be at least young adults, in order to do most of the stuff you'd expect in swashbuckling adventures. I don't plan on being gritty or explicit (more [i]Pirates of the Caribbean,[/i] less [i]Black Sails[/i]), but there's still the expectation of violence, seduction, and booze.
