[@Pirouette] ‘Alright! Then let's hear an applause for Erika, who secured herself two wins!’ Makirisu called out over the crowd, and she got a modest applause from the public before she stepped outside. More battles were going on, and Makirisu was the one attending that one, so all she got was a receptionist smiling happily at her in the front. There, the receptionist slid three disks over to her. ‘Makirisu was quite fond of you. She’d like you to have these, and said that if you ever want to come back, you’d be quite welcome!’ Erika obtained TM52 Steel Wing! Erika obtained TM08 Bulk Up! Erika obtained TM86 Grass Knot! And if she doesn’t want one or multiple of them, she can hand them back and get 1,000P per TM she hands back. With that, she was off, again. The Entertainment District indeed stretched out in all directions, including up and down, and there were places to look out towards the skyscrapers standing like pillars holding the Commercial District up above them. Pathways allowed one to walk around the buildings on the outside, looking out over the railings at all the other places one could go to in the depths of Worldedge City. Indeed, too many catchy tunes and too many neon signs could become exhausting. So Erika took the stairs or one of many elevators available to reach the somewhat less loud Commercial District. The Commercial District was more what one would expect of a normal city, with people milling about looking for whatever was on their hearts right now, less playful but more functional. Still with the added flair of strangeness of Worldedge City, however, as one could peek down at the Entertainment District between the streets and also look up to realize the Commercial District’s buildings were, in turn, keeping the Residential District above it. So, a perfectly chill place, with a lot more normal stores around that sold whatever one could imagine… Including the completely insane. The entrance looks like someone’s garage where they left the doors just wide open. There’s a driveway, but it’s shock-full of unidentifiable mechanical machinery and tinkermajings pushed haphazardly aside to create some form of a path into the building itself. It could have been mistaken for mechanical trash, if it weren’t for the fact they had price-tags on them. All of it was for sale. A lot of them looked like attempts at engines, strange cylindrical machines, and one over there was entirely frozen over in a sheet of ice, for some reason. And a lot of helmets, goggles, boots and bracelets. The machine to the left had a spinning gear holding a broomstick it was swinging high in the sky. Another had a fan on it… and a lot of other things. Above it all, a big sign said… “Russel’s Store”, in extremely plain text. Inside, more strangeness, more machines. A grandfather clock was sitting against the wall for no clear reason. A giant metallic cylinder was attached to the wall, with a couple Magnemites attached to it. For no apparent reason, here stood a fire hydrant almost entirely in the middle of the way. There’s a living Pidgey standing, upside down, on the ceiling. It has a metallic backpack, and has lifted its head to stare at the new visitor. By a table over there an Abra is sitting with a strange helmet on, a pen in one hand, trying to write something, it looks like. Another Abra is sitting by a strange panel on the floor, a white one that almost looks like it glows, this Abra too has something mechanical attached around its head for unclear reasons. It seems to wait for someone or something to walk onto the panel… ‘-are completely useless! How could you sell these to me!?’ … But perhaps most obvious was the lady yelling into the face of this old guy over here. The lady looked moderately well-off, in a long blue dress and a pretty hat, but also with quite a red face right now. She was waving a set of goggles in the man’s face. ‘What did they do?’ On the other side of the counter, leaning casually on it, was Russel himself. An older man, bald top of his head, with a white beard and white mustache, wearing what was unmistakingly a worker’s outfit, and with a set of goggles of his own with completely different design stuck on his face.

‘What did they- THEY DID NOT GUIDE ME HOME! I thought it was exactly what I needed, as a person who gets lost easily, BUT THEY WERE NOT!’ the lady yelled back. ‘Yeah? So what did they do instead?’ Russel asked, not looking particularly bothered by her anger. ‘They did not guide me home!’ the lady repeated. ‘Yes, yes, but what did they do instead? Did they guide you somewhere specific? Did they do nothing?’ Russel insisted. ‘They brought me to the entrance of Mt. Edge!’ she now declared. ‘Did they? DID THEY!?’ Russel suddenly spun around, focusing all his attention towards the lady. ‘Interesting. How very interesting. What’s your connection to Mt. Edge?’ ‘I’ve never been inside the mountain in my life! Far too dangerous for me!’ the woman replied. ‘Alright!’ He then snatched the goggles out of the lady’s hands, then leaned down and deposited a bunch of money in front of the lady. ‘Thanks for testing my invention for me. Here’s your prize money,’ he declared. ‘Test-!?’ the woman did not look happy. ‘You sold it to me like it was a finished product!’ ‘Well, whenever I used them, they always guided me back home!’ Russel laughed, and the woman seemed to have had enough, so she collected the prize-money and angrily left, walking by Erika… Russel, looking kind of exciting, walked to the back of his store, and wrote something new at the bottom of a whiteboard. The whiteboard was labelled “Quest Board”, and had multiple lines, but Erika would have to get closer to read them. ‘Hm? Oh, someone new. What can I get you?’ Russel turned back, saw Erika, and immediately addressed her. Still, if she wanted to look around he could go back to tinkering with a round bowl of some kind he had behind his desk with an unknown purpose. There’s a more comprehensible list of things for sale by the desk.

Flying Machine - Kinda makes you able to fly! Only works around Mt. Edge. It looks like a bike with jet-engines attached to it. 4000P
Something Stone - Will evolve some Pokémon prematurely. Which? No idea! 1000P
Confusing Candy - Might give multiple levels! … Or take some away? 1000P
Clueless Claw - Held item. May randomly cause Critical Hits for any participant in the battle. 2000P
Homing Ball - It’s an engine you attach to a Pokéball. Should make it homing! Or, at least, it will rocket off way faster than you can throw it! One use only. 700P
Sticky Boots - To climb on walls. Warning, only the bottom of the boots stick, and they’re REALLY hard to pull off walls. 700P
Perilous Potion - Heals a Pokémon full, even if fainted, but Pokémon may faint a few turns later. 2000P
Random Rope - An Escape Rope that takes you to a random location. No, Russel doesn’t know where. 500P
Risky Revive - Might revive your Pokémon! … Miiiiight do something else! 500P
Completely Normal Bicycle - Been meaning to throw it away. Want it? 50P
Scanning Glasses - Glasses that might let you see the movements through (not too thick) objects and walls! Also good for seeing invisible things! Comes with a relatively small chance of violently exploding! 3000P
Psychic Visualizer - A humming machine that makes Psychic powers visible in a tint of purple around the machine when turned on. Useful to know if Psychic powers are being used in the area. Psychic Pokémon seem bothered by it. DO NOT USE NEAR A PSYDUCK! 2000P
Suggest! - Russel has so many things, he might have forgotten what he has. Give a suggestion what you want, and we’ll see what he might have!

Notably, two of the bigger machines here are labelled the “Confusing Candy dispensers” and another is the “Perilous Potion brewer”, and yet another is a “Risky Revive maker”. They’re also for sale, for a sum of money higher than Erika can obtain during a regular adventure. Anyway! If examined further, the list comprised of a list of Pokémon that Russel wanted, and also a bunch of things he wanted.

Catch 3 Magnemite - The researchers wants theirs back. - 2000P + Magnet.
Catch 1 Espurr - Contains intense psychic power!

Worldedge City
A rush of energy flows with the wind that breezes through the alleys of the city. Somehow, you feel lighter, like some strange weight has been taken from your shoulders. Looking up, tall, massive structures, structures seeming to defy gravity and common sense grow, stretching high into the sky and far down across the cliffs. The people look calm, focused on their duties and sprawling in their number, holding a vital position in all the businesses of Isson. The design of the streets are narrow, illogical and unstructured, and feel like they would be easy to get lost in, yet it is as if you’re being guided by fate’s hand and you’ll arrive where you were intending to go. In the distance, always watching, the peaks of a distant mountain rise. You are now in Worldedge City. Isson’s largest city. It grew into place on both sides of Mt. Edge as efforts were made to dig through the mountain and join the northern and southern landmasses, it was known as two different towns until the use of Abras as public transportation method within the city was widely adopted and the city grew to become known as one single entity. Widely accepted is the idea that a mystical energy of some form within Mt. Edge surges around the buildings, calling Psychic Pokémon towards the mountain and therefore the city. People living here have an easier time feeling at ease with the world, and the laws of gravity don't apply as they maybe should to the buildings around here. From this would Isson’s most successful city grow to be, at the place where two or more worlds connect. So was Worldedge City named. It should be noted that being called a “Worldedge Resident” has some negative stigma attached to it. If you are one, you’re interpreted as a lazy individual who has it easier than the rest of the world, happiness coming naturally to you and you probably see yourself as superior to the rest of Isson, and you might not be entirely sane or yourself due to constant exposure to the energies of Mt. Edge. Of course, this is a stereotype that most people recognize and can see past, but there is no smoke without fire, so to say. There those who are very distrustful of the energies of Mt. Edge and would rather never subject themselves to it. These particular dislikes compounded and grew strong enough in some people that the Crossing was created just south of Worldedge City just so those individuals could get past without entering the city.
The city is comprised of six different districts. Three districts on each side of Mt. Edge, stapled on top of one another by the way of leaning on the cliff sides and mountain as well as giant pillars, taking advantage of the strange physics around Mt. Edge. Exits out of the city are on the middle districts of each side. Each district has their own Pokémon Center and Pokémart, but otherwise have their own unique features. The following applies regardless of where in Worldedge City you are. Connected areas: Route 10. South of Worldedge. A farmland employing multiple psychic Pokémon from Mt. Edge to help with the crops. Route 13. West of Worldedge. A slightly disturbed route, which attracts electric Pokémon due to the proximity of the power plant. Mt. Edge. The mystical mountain at the heart of Worldedge’s unnatural existence. Few people actually cross its fabled tunnels, most just teleport past. Route 18. East of Worldedge. A calm stretch of land going from Worldedge to Witchpeak, part of the Allmass Cycling Circuit.
1. Find Pokémon. It’s a long, winding corridor of tight buildings with many bridges and storefronts, and it all leads up to the Worldedge Department Store, the biggest Pokémart in Isson. If you somehow cannot find what you’re looking for there, then you’re probably all out of luck. It isn’t all there is here, however. Among the corridors is the House of Trades, where people can sit at computers and request trades with all other people that have ever been there, as well as the Psychic Train that uses certain teleporting abilities to achieve transportation to a distant town. Or, if those don’t reach where you want, you can just call a Freecape Ferryman and s/he’ll fly you there, assuming you have the cash. Also here, lies the store where the infamous inventor Russel sells his products. Perhaps, if you’re lucky, the fool’s things actually work for you? No guarantees, though! Notable Places: 1. Worldedge Department Store. Products from all over Isson gather, right here. The largest store of Isson. 2. Worldedge Trade Station. A place where people can come trade Pokémon and items with people from all over! 3. Pokémon Groomer. For a price, you can have some professionals treat your Pokémon like royalty~! 4. While the building architecture still might require a raised eyebrow, the atmosphere is healthy and playful, many families making their life here on top of the Commercial and Entertainment districts, where they work. Schools and little parks for children to learn the ways of Pokémon exist, and there is nothing saying those older cannot use them too. The Little Cup stadium is here, allowing the children to watch and perhaps participate without straying too far from home. Yet, among these buildings live a few of the most noteworthy individuals in Isson. Like the rumored and powerful Crone, who has to be battled by a strong trainer every once in a while or she will stir up trouble, or like the empty mansion that supposedly belongs to the Champion… Notable Places: 1. Practice Park. A little park in the residential district where children can catch low-level Pokémon and train for the real thing. 2. Pokémon Day Care. For people to leave their Pokémon while they’re doing something else. Some people don’t like PCs, so~ 3. Little Cup. A small stadium for battling. Levels 15 and lower, only. 4. Champion Estate. The Champion supposedly lives in this mansion here. It looks abandoned. 5. Creator’s Apartment. You instinctively know where this place is somehow, despite nothing advertising it. It’s visually an ordinary apartment. The door is open. 6. House of the Crone. Signs say “We appreciate people challenging her to keep her from being bored, but only if you are confident in your strength.”

Entertainment District
In the depths of Northern Worldedge City, common sense goes out the window. Given all the buildings on top, few actual lights come down here even during the day, but all the blazing lights in this unnatural city-scape more than make up for it. Plenty of the skyscrapers holding up the Commercial District above have some form of advertisement, and each open door opens a new possible way to spend money in these depths of entertainment, probably with some form of Pokémon logo. Down here lies the most famous and populated Game Corner on Isson, where thousands of P are being wasted every day, and houses for unofficial Contests or Battles for money and prices are sanctioned and bet upon for the enjoyment of viewers and participants. It truly feels like if one never got bored, one would probably never run out of things to do down here… assuming the wallet didn’t run dry, that is. Notable Places: 1. Worldedge Game Corner. Only play with as much you’re willing to spend! 2. Countless restaurants, stores, cinemas, show-houses, amusement-parks, whatevs. You can waste the rest of your money here, on whatever you want! 3. PokéMania! Do battle for the enjoyment of the viewers, and have sudden strange rules applied to every battle! Fancy prices~ 4. Contest Clarity. Forget all ranks, here we do contests for the show, and the show alone! Oh, and for cash prices~ 5. Deep Dark Depths of Worldedge. This city feels like it goes on forever! How far does it go…?

Information District
[sub][sub]No, they’re not exclusively witches around here.[/sub][/sub] A common and calm area of Worldedge City, this district attracts those who would fancy themselves scholars. They may seek to share their knowledge at the multiple cafés spread about, read up at the library, check into the museum or any number of things. There aren’t that many things here that would keep a Pokémon Trainer dawdling around for long, and most residents here are fine with that. It is still quite the spectacle, walking on the bridges between these pointy buildings, finding the streets and wondering how you're not lost yet in this maze of stairs and bridges, never touching the ground. Far above lies the Mystical District and there are plenty of stairs up, and down below is the Industrial District… It may feel a bit enclosed. Most notable in this area is most certainly the famous Professor Dunstan’s lab and residence, which he mostly leaves to his companions as he spends a lot of his time in the other lab in Raremine Town as well. Notable Places: 1. Guide Booth. Because finding your way in Worldedge City can be a challenge! 2. Gossiping Cafés. If you want to hear the useful kind of gossip, sit in among the intellectuals. Ask and you may be surprised at how much you can learn! 3. Sir Know-Em-All. A famed Psychic. If you can think of a person, Sir Know-Em-All can tell you where to go to meet them! 4. Professor Dunstan’s Lab. A legendary researcher of Legendary Pokémon, do you have reason to seek his counsel? 5. World Library. With the backing of Professor Dunstan himself, this library has all the information you could possibly seek… probably. 6. Isson Museum. Don’t feel like travelling to all the corners of the world? Don’t need to, the museum has gathered up the noteworthy things from all its corners! 7. Move Tutor Mansion. A gathering-spot for those talented in teaching Pokémon moves they wouldn’t normally learn.

Industrial District
There is no way this place can have screwed-up gravity and emotional influence without companies trying to use it for their own gains. The factories of Worldedge City are far below the Information District, down at water-level, where at the base of Mt. Edge countless machines tumble and toll for the continued success of man- and Pokémon-kind. Being below two other districts the Industrial District is naturally dark, even during the day, but countless lights shine it up and the workers do not mind one bit. They have their own marketplaces, their own little residences and they certainly earn enough to make their own lives when it comes to that. But, among the factories and warehouses are those that stand empty, and one might have to wonder what’s actually inside them sometimes. Notable Places: 1. Factories. Produces everything from Pokédolls to furniture, and who-the-heck-knows. 2. Abandoned Factories. Produces everything from Grimers to street thugs, and who-the-heck-knows. 3. Warehouses. Storing items from factories, some more well-used than others. Some opens by keycards. 4. Request Center. A certain camp of individuals that can take your requests for Pokémon or items you want, and they might come back and provide them for you. Sounds easy, right? 5. Sketchy Entrances. … The heck are you doing down here? They hid these things down here for a REASON, normal people wouldn’t normally ever need to see them! 6. ???. Trigger a “random” event. Not sure why you’d be walking down here, but.

Mystical District
The tip and top of Southern Worldedge City, here the power the mountain provides is enough for certain buildings to float in mid-air. Assisted by Psychic-Pokémon, the upper echelons of the city contains a significant price-tag for those who’d wish to live here and so filters the more common men to the levels below, yet there are activities that draw trainers up from the depths. First and foremost is the Pokémon Gym, floating above their heads, and also the Worldedge Floating Stadium, the largest and most amazing of the multiple stadiums in Worldedge City, where the most epic of battles in the city are fought and watched. Truly, these streets so high above the rest leave a certain impression as one walks here. Notable Places: 1. Pokémon Gym. Worldedge City Gym. It’s one of those towers floating in mid-air… You need to fly to get there. 2. Worldedge Floating Stadium. Worldedge’s biggest stadium, floating over the city. Have Minor (level 25-minus), Middle (level 25-50) and Major (level 50-plus) cups. 3. The Villas of the Rich. Not that there’s much you could potentially do with them, but they’re here. 4. Orlando’s Spiritual Dojo. A dojo focused on discovering one’s spiritual self. Often takes trips into Mt. Edge. You can join an expedition for protection, or challenge them! 5. Marilyn’s Divination. Tell her where you’re going next, and she can divine your luck and what to look out for when there! 6. Gym Leader’s Home. … So, those who can’t get to the Gym themselves are sometimes known to wait for the leader here. It’s a little frowned upon.

________________________ [@Typical] Dei shot out a cloud of smoke that successfully cloaked around the Glalie, hitting it straight on and covering the angry ice ball in black fog that made it unable to see. It shouted out angrily and gave the trainer a moment to breathe. ‘Woo, well done!’ he said, getting to his feet and then reaching for his belt, where he had his Pokéballs. While he did this, Eryn sent out Peri, and had her use Stealth Rock. However, perhaps calling out to Eryn that she’d done well was a mistake, because Glalie turned straight at him despite being in the midst of smoke and unleashed another Frost Breath! ‘WHOA!’ the trainer side-hopped in the last possible moment, eyes wide in shock, and then his feet slid and he briefly fell down on all fours and slid on a piece of ice for a moment, just barely sliding out of the Frost Breath’s range with a very impressive speed. It looked like he got hit a little, but it didn’t stick. Frost Breath being a blowing kind of attack, it also dispersed a large part of the smokescreen. Eryn called to make them charge… ‘Right!’ the trainer called, spinning around towards the field of Stealth Rock that had manifested between the two Glalies, taking two steps on four legs to get speed on the ice and then struggling up on two to run and duck under the floating rocks as he headed that direction. ‘C’mon, ugly ice rock! You’ll never catch me!’ he shouted… And Glalie stared at him, motionless, not pursuing. The trainer slid to a confused halt. Instead, it spun around and glared at Eryn and Peri. Unfortunately, it was very hard to hide an Onix in here. And then… it took off towards them! ‘Ah, crud,’ the trainer said. He started running after the Glalie, while simultaneously calling out ‘GOLDUCK!’ Over there, unfortunately, Golduck was in the midst of wrestling with the teeth of the other Glalie, rolling around and was quite occupied. The Golduck shouted back an angry quack. ‘Oh, right!’ the trainer said, reaching for another Pokéball on his belt since he’d failed to grab one before the attack last time. That didn’t necessarily help Eryn quite yet, though, because she had an angry Glalie coming flying towards Peri and Eryn and it seemed quite intent on unleashing yet another Frost Breath. What would Eryn do?

Frozen Cave
The tunnels of the Frozen Cave are a series of pathways inside, and above, the mountain range surrounding Cooldome City and Route 9. In various places the signs of construction are evident, as people attempted to tame the caverns, but ultimately to no avail. There are quite a few paths that lead down through icy halls where only the frozen walls are your companions, but an equal amount lead in over the mountainside with the open sky above and a constant snowfall. Ice sticks out like crystals, forming both the path that one may walk on as well as the scenery one might be awed by. The icy nature here is untamed and wild. Compared to the calm coolness of the mines, here the cold feels substantially more hostile. Any trainer heading through here must beware or they will slip, and not all paths one can slip down have access to easy paths back up. Cold blows eternally from above and below. Many ice-Pokémon make their home here, and quite a few of them are at least somewhat aggressive in nature. All of this caused these caves to once be judged to be a great challenge, and any Pokémon Trainer that is able to brave them is worthy of the battle-focused city of Cooldome City that awaits on the other side… Albeit, most people who make their way to Cooldome City does so by the far safer Tunnel on the eastern side instead.

1. If you’re here to watch, the stands are that way…’ the attendant said, still taking the payment of 350P, though. Here at the Treehouse Arena, the average age of people was relatively young, and prepared trainers. It was also relatively uneventful here in the lobby, so Basil’s sudden music definitely immediately had everyone’s attention. Then he started speaking like an infomercial and quite a few of them immediately lost interest and continued whatever they were doing, others were curious enough to keep on listening. Mostly because there’s not a lot of advertisement in Stillwood Village. He was definitely getting a bunch of strange looks, and not a lot of nods. Then, he got to the part where he brought out the sweets, and… ‘What, those sweets are supposed to be good for our Pokémon? I’ll believe it when I see it,’ some boy said. ‘Wait, it’s the HERB STORE that is selling these? THAT Herb Store?’ another asked, incredulous. ‘I guess she’s trying something new! I suppose I’ll give it a try, at least,’ a girl said, sounding supportive. ‘Does that mean she’s not selling the regular herbs anymore? But I liked those…’ one boy said. The Oddish beside him, though, looked ready to jump for joy. ‘Yeah, I don’t know if I trust the sweets, but I’ll support the local establishments!’ someone else said… Overall, it seemed like the overall consensus was relatively positive and it resulted in a number of them walking off immediately in the direction of the Herb Store. So on that point, mission success. Also, though… ‘Excuse me,’ … there was suddenly the clerk that had walked up to him with a smile but had also brought along a staff member that looked a lot like a guard. ‘We would appreciate it if you asked us if it’s okay before you start advertising in our facility. You did not have our permission,’ she stated, pretty simply. Simply put, he was successful, and he’d then be asked to leave the area. What would he do now?

Stillwood Village
Inside these calm forests lies a village completely in-tune with nature. The buildings are built around or in the trees of wood and stone, the light shining onto the village stifled by the great trees above. In the air, meeting your nose as soon as you tread into the village, is filled to the brim with the smell of forest and spores. It’s a wild smell, but somehow it is extremely relaxing and any worries seem to be stifled before the calming village ahead where everyone is always so calm and happy, wild Pokémon walking freely on the roads of the place. This is Stillwood Village, the most relaxing place imaginable, it’s people in touch with nature and wishing the best to all those who come to their cozy and ancient little home. Wild Grass Pokémon freely wander the streets, spreading their spores into the air which the townspeople actively walk through every single day. They are all smiles, very helpful, the entire village and all visitors afflicted by the relaxing sensations brought by the spores during their stay in Stillwood Village. However, these spores are the reason quite a few avoid Stillwood Village, arguing that it messes with one’s mind. It is extremely rare that a member of Stillwood Village moves out of the village, after all. It will also quickly become evident just how little the members of the village care about the world at large, all their worries gone by the relaxing spores and just continue living, no troubles in the slightest.
