The test-tube daughter of Admiral Julia Gregor McMillan of the Delios Space Fleet and Dr. Natalie Winnifred Andrews, she was 'incubated' in an artificial womb at the Mendelev Biotechnology Research Facility in Tannhauser, Gaia Colony 47. She grew up a bright young prodigy, living most of her life in the orbital colonies, graduating high school at age 12 and university at age 15 before signing up as part of the 25th Reserve Mobile Suit Division.

She speaks with a mostly American accent but a soft Scottish undertone, the latter picked up from living with her mother, Admiral McMillan. However, when she gets angry or excited, her Scottish accent becomes more pronounced, and when really angry she can swear up a storm, much to her other mother's chagrin.

Teagan is an accomplished engineer, programming and mechanic, having built and programmed her own Haro unit at age 10, mostly out of a desire for some companionship. She still keeps Haro around as an AI assistant and personal secretary for her work.

Teagan is a highly intelligent, curious young girl who nonetheless comes off as rather shy and uncertain in new situations. She wants to learn more, both as a soldier/engineer and in terms of personal experience, wondering about the vast cosmos around her, given her sheltered background. She's quiet, professional, and diligent as a result of her military mother's training, but otherwise shy and uncertain.

Once she's more familiarized with someone or a given situation, however, she becomes more excitable, eager to learn or eager to share her knowledge. She's very willing to open up and chat when she finds someone she can consider a friend, and while awkward, she'll try and form friends if she believes she can make a connection.

While being a prodigy is a blessing for most, she silently resents her prodigy status. This is mostly due to it making her more isolated from her peers. Growing up as a child was difficult as she couldn't properly connect with others her age, and as she skipped several classes in school, it became much harder to talk to people who were even a few years older than her. University, while not miserable, made her clearly aware of the age gap between her and the other students. Even now, as a reserve pilot, she feels a bit distant from her comrades, sometimes unable to talk about the same topics, and being unable to drink with them because of how young she is.
