Sole daughter of the president of the Jovian colony OASIS 3 "Tyrande" orbiting around Europa, she was engineered as a Coordinator to better survive the Jovian frontier. From childhood, it quickly became clear she was a gifted, intelligent, and very sociable young girl. She could play the violin and the piano with ease and had a beautiful singing voice. She also excelled at her academics and sociology, becoming a model student.

As time went on, though, she would find her passion would be singing and the arts, thus becoming a budding idol and goodwill ambassador among the colonies, her fame growing due to her beauty, her wonderful singing voice, and her diplomatic skills. She uses her musical and diplomatic ability to try and protect her people and bring a peaceful resolution to the current Jovian conflict, though the task before her is daunting.

She's also somewhat naive and sheltered due to her privileged upbringing. She also comes off as lonely due to not having many friends growing up.

[b][color=f49ac2]History:[/color][/b] One of the older and more established Jovian colonies (but by no means the oldest), it is a comfortable place to live that earns much of its income through tourism, freight ship building, and cultural products (song, art, holovids, etc...). Initially created to be a collection point for harvesting Europa's water, it quickly developed into more of a tourist attraction and development center, focusing more on support infrastructure that would help boost the local economy over direct mining facilities. That helped build it over the long run, causing the minor colony to develop into a small regional power, though one depending more on soft power than hard. It emphasized building alliances and trade over military force.

Tyrande suffered greatly during the AI Crisis, causing it to rebuild much of its facilities, and causing heavy damages to its economy. As a result, Tyrande was a willing signatory to the anti-AI treaty and relies on non-evolving computers and Coordinators for its businesses and development. It also managed the "Tyrande Miracle", rebuilding itself from the ashes into a successful little colony once again, though it lost its preeminent position as less damaged colonies quickly took the lead in Jovian politics and power balance.

Currently, Tyrande is lead by Chancellor Jeren Lantheil and his wife, Olivia Lantheil. Their only daughter, Saran, is a Coordinator and a novice yet popular idol with a growing career. He is trying to find a peaceful solution in the growing chaos of the Jovian sphere.
