An abrupt knock sounds at the bureaucrat's door. Without wait, it opens, and a fox-eared young woman enters, wide eyed and curious as if seeing the inside of an office room for the first time. "Wowwwww this is amazing!" she beams with a bounce, bushy red tail wagging behind. Her sparkling green eyes flit from wall to window to desk, eventually settling on the man seated. "Oh hi!
