General things will not need a roll but for things that require a use of a certain skill or even your power you will need a roll. Skills that you are proficient in will get a boost while skills you are not so good at will get a setback. There are 5 levels of skill [list][*]Easy - Only the lowest of the low could fail this. Only needs to beat a 4 [*]Intermediate - Requires some knowledge, but could be done by anyone. Needs to beat an 8 [*]Hard - Requires practice and some know-how.
