Hello all. Never a shortage of things to deal with, but I wasn't going to be held up forever. I've been deciding on how far Lake Yore has come by the start of it all and I think what I have works for the time being. It's just two for now, but like for other locales, their total POIs are due to change (usually grow) over time. Course, I wanted a format that's easy to follow, just in case players want to submit some ideas for certain PC-made POIs in the future. Depending on what they are though (most certainly for built structures), I'd want there to be in-game investments toward setting them up. To that end, some minor sprite-work for resource items may be in my future.

○ Camp Clearview[sub]│To All That Glitters│[/sub]

As beautiful as Lake Yore well and truly is, the natural discoveries of its kind weren't going to earn the support needed to justify the increasingly bold harassment of the "Dark Watchers", as Meridian's natives were originally known as. What truly set all eyes on the region were the credible claims of dazzling gold, not only found within the mountains themselves, but also the very waterways. What followed was Aurora's very own gold rush, a feverish if cautious frenzy that's lasted clear to this day. And at its epicenter lies Camp Clearview, a reputable stop at the lake's edge for prospectors, panners, and the like to securely coordinate their efforts. In due course, the wide stone bridge built a stone's throw away from Clearview, to take four lanes of caravans across the length between two opposing hills, would itself grow to support an indoor reststop. Lifted above its pathway, with all the traffic it'll meet in a day, lies a charming inn complete with lodging and dining areas. Among its other facets is a public bulletin board for local notices and even wanted posters, making it an ideal checkpoint in any journey to the area. Maybe something just as simple might come along. For all weapons, if you got it in your inventory, you can use it whenever, but stuff like arrows are limited and can only be stacked in special equipment like quivers. Early game probably won't see you in a position to start with a huge quiver letting you carry enough to spam your way through whole dungeons. We gotta start somewhere when it comes to gear, so think way fewer in number. Not final, but maybe 5 or 10 arrows total. That's what I got to share for now. More is sure to follow. Until next time.
