I'm Dancer or Nine.

You can call me whatever you'd like and I respond to any pronouns. I've been Roleplaying for a decade and a half by now, switching from site to client without much success. I was very active here as a bratty teenager though I'm much closer to my thirties nowadays. I randomly checked these forums out on a whim the other day and was surprised/impressed to see new updates were coming out, so I decided to pop in and see what's up. 

In terms of my Roleplaying, I prefer 1x1 and would probably fall within the Casual category (Advanced, if I really felt like applying myself). I also enjoy writing CYOA (or "Quests" as they're referred to on another Roleplaying website) when I have the opportunity. I tend to really enjoy urban fantasy, low fantasy, dystopian, and apocalyptic scenarios, though I'll occasionally explore what else is out there. I have a ton of ideas on the back-burner at the moment, mostly connected to my love for North American cryptids, will-o-wisps, hauntings, and curses, so if that interests you, feel free to hit me up for more details. I'll also play the occasional character from pre-existing series because why not? 

Outside of Roleplaying, I'm currently in the middle of earning another degree in the field of Microbiology and I have two cats. I play fighting games, listen to YouTube videos like podcasts, and collect older Nintendo games for fun. I'm a horror fiend, I enjoy reading (I'm currently in the middle of reading [i]Talking to Strangers[/i] by Malcolm Gladwell), I'm big into writing fanfiction, and I'm always open to new music recommendations. I don't really have much else to say, I don't think, but feel free to ask me any questions you'd like.
