For an update OOC and focusing on the list of characters. Expendable is still on hiatus/step away from this role-play because if IRL events and Evil has informed me that they need to step away because of IRL events as well. I've wished both of these individuals good luck and hope them well. 

I wanted to inform everyone else about Evil's step away, so everyone understand that Jonathan is a character that is off-limits to interaction until/if Evil comes back. 

And a role-play update, so everyone knows where I am at. I'm hoping by the weekend of July 18th that I'll be able to have a major GM post out that includes most, if not all, of the council members, and a push into the role-play moving forward so actually increase the steps towards "discovering" the surface.
