I think that sentiment is true for a lot of us. 

Now that these resources do exist, I'd like to think it's our duty to share them whenever we can, especially for the younger folks who are still finding themselves/not fully in control of their lives. Abuse, trauma, mental illness— These are topics that we do not need to be ashamed to discuss though there's always a time and a place. I'd be happy to spend a little time helping people find these places as needed.
