Certain fine motor skills often reach previously unthought of peaks after imbibing alcohol - whether it be playing pool or darts, or even something less structured as a fight.[/i]

He speaks english with a vague, non-specific accent, distinct to an unrecognised area.

His mother is dead.  It was not natural causes.  He grew up in a care facility before she ever died, because he was very difficult to raise.

The camp was brought to his attention and he kind of stumbled and bumbled his way there.
