[H3]Forbidden Kingdom ~ Esaka’s Lower Tier ~ Breakers Dojo[/h3][/center]

“And, of course, this is the main dojo area.” Lee Dao-Long said as he and Captain Falcon completed the brief tour of the Breakers Dojo. The dojo itself was humble, but had all the necessary amenities. And as a bonus, it was kept in quite good shape compared to some of its other contemporaries in the Lower Tier. Clearly Jin Sawamura had pride in the upkeep of this dojo despite its humble status. “That should just about do it, I think. I trust you can find everything okay, Captain?”

[color=1f66b2]”Of course.”[/color] Falcon said, grateful for the tour given to him by his new acquaintance. [color=1f66b2]”I appreciate it, Lee.”[/color] He added giving the young man a firm handshake. [color=1f66b2]”I did have some questions about how to register for the Tournament, too. Anything you can tell me?”[/color]

“Ah, for that you’ll need to find a combot.” Lee said, “They’re these robotic mascot characters that can be found all over Esaka. Just find one and let it know your name, the dojo you represent, and which tournament you’re entering.”

[color=1f66b2]”That simple, eh?”[/color] Cap said, [color=1f66b2]”I’d better go look for one, then. Thanks again, Lee.”[/color]

“Hold on, Captain.” Lee said before Falcon could leave. “You mentioned earlier that you wanted to enter the King of Fighters, right?”

[color=1f66b2]”Yep, that’s the one. Why?”[/color] Cap asked curiously.

“That one has a few… special rules compared to the others.” Lee explained, “Namely, you’ll need to be on a 3-man team in order to fight in it. And not for tag-matches either. You each fight one after the other, if you defeat your opponent, you’ll immediately move on to their next in line. Once you drop the person behind you will be able to step in and pick up where you left off.”

[color=1f66b2]”Ah…”[/color] Cap mused. Now that he thought about it, he did remember Terry mentioning that he needed a team for the KOF. [color=1f66b2]”...so I’ll have to get two fighters from here who are willing to join me?”[/color]

Lee shook his head. “Not necessarily. KOF teams don’t absolutely have to consist of fighters from the same dojo. In fact it’s fairly common for teams to be mixed and matched, especially here in the Lower Tier.”

[color=1f66b2]”Ah, well that simplifies things.”[/color] Cap said with a hint of relief in his voice. He just needed to find Terry and all they had to do then was grab a third member and they’d be golden. [color=1f66b2]”I better get going. I’ve got some recruiting to do and not a lot of time to do it. See ya later, Lee! Hope to face you in a match soon.”[/color]

“Same here, Captain.” Lee said as he watched the bounty hunter take his leave, “Good luck to you.”

Once outside, Cap knew he had to move fast. Time was running short to register for the tournaments and he needed to get a team together. If he could find Terry, that would at least one down since the bruiser did seem interesting teaming up earlier. That just meant they’d have to find a third fighter. Maybe one of the other Seekers? Or maybe Terry knew someone? Well, no time like the present.

[color=1f66b2]”Let’s see, how does this work?”[/color] Cap murmured to himself as he fumbled with his linkpearl and attempted to figure out how to make it work. Magic things like this were obviously not his forte. [color=1f66b2]”I think I just… squeeze it right?”[/color]

Eventually, Captain Falcon managed to figure out the linkpearl and got his activated. [color=1f66b2]”Ahem, is thing on? Terry, can you hear me? It’s Falcon. Got myself signed up at a dojo so we’re good to form a team for the King Of Fighters if you’re still interested. Let’s meet up and do this thing, but we’d better hurry. Clock’s ticking on the registrations.”[/color]
