Miss Light didn't want things to come to violence unless they absolutely had to. Rather than considering the suggestion, Miss Light was considering what to do instead. She hadn't been expecting Morgran to still be holding onto the kenku by the time she rejoined him, so she had given no thought to what judgement she would pass if the choice came to her. After a moment though, Miss Light realized that it didn't need to be her choice.
