There are no oil pipe-lines in Crimea. Russia is actually going to be losing money from annexing it, not only because of the damage its economy is facing due to the reaction over the annexation, but also the costs involved in realigning Crimea's energy and gas grids with Russia's. It's much cheaper to ship from Ukraine to Crimea over land than from Russia to Crimea over the Black Sea.
