[@Darkmoon Angel] Yeah, custom cards will need to be submitted for approval. Whole new archetypes and stuff is gonna be a bit of an arseache, but just "Hey, can i fuse 3 Red Eyes Black Dragons into a Red Eyes Ultimate Dragon?" and stuff like that should be fine.
