Currently being held hostage by HEART... but when Dominic arrives (or is within their vicinity) their Crystals will react to them and give them their morphers (as well as Aurora because the Red Crystal will react to her, albeit a little delayed like how it will with Sam and Lee in Charlie's group).

The Crystals in Charlie's backpack will react to Sam and Lee soon enough as well.
