Morne grew up with a twin sister who got way more attention and good graces than he ever would, especially from their father, Dionysus. Though the woman seemed disinterested in him compared to the other one. She didn’t seem to be that fun when it came to parties… at least he assumed so because she barely entertained smalltalk. This got Morne wondering what topics would pique her interest. Maybe she was into art? Training? She could be into chick flicks or action movies… there were too many worldly topics to really start throwing them out there. She’d probably get annoyed with him by the second or third guess. He debated if he should try and see what would interest her or not but Nelly was talking so openly so he was inclined to listen to her. A small smile stayed on his face as he took another sip of his canned beer — he wished he had some homemade stuff but nothing looked homemade when he first was at the bar and drink table area. ‘Where would I start?’ he joked because there were quite a few things that popped into his head and he didn’t feel like being too annoying or focusing on the serious stuff. He wanted to see how fun these girls could be and everyone else was at the party. ‘One of my specialties. If I knew there was a party, I might have made some,’ Morne confessed since he loved showing off his alcohol making abilities. ‘I think I remember them bringing up all the Gods and stuff in high school English class,’ Morne wasn’t really into researching the Gods and barely knew much about his own father when it came to the mythology side of things — he knew how much of a jackass the man was. Keeping his mother as a side piece and not letting her move on. Showing up every fucking time it was convenient for him and being awful. Just hearing the name Dionysus made him sick at times. Then he smirked while looking over to Fiona, ‘Can you vouch for that doll?’ his words were playful but he wondered if she would. Morne raised a brow when Nelly teased and waved her hand towards him to get his attention. ‘Those campers?’ he looked back over to them and they were gone. A shrug of his shoulders, ‘Yeah, the one is my sister. Amorey. She left me in middle of the fucking woods earlier which is why I got here so late,’ taking another drink of his beer. ‘At least I made it and got to run into you pretty ladies,’ he smiled at Nelly. It looked genuine enough. ‘And I have no idea who the fire head is,’ Morne confessed with an annoyance that only a brother could have. ‘I bet you know a lot more campers, who are the people you’d recommend?’ Morne asked casually while letting his eyes roam around the party before going back to Nelly. Taking a glance at Fiona, ‘And how about you? You don’t seem as friendly and social, but I bet you would know one or two more than this sweetie,’ he gestured to Nelly.
