To answer the questions:

1. I will not be making any google docs for the rules and mechanics. However, that doesn't stop you from putting one together yourself by copying what's written and formatting it on your own. But as far as me going out of my way to make anything beyond the thread itself, no.

2. You will be provided with a character sheet template, complete with a guide and explantion on how to fill it out.

However, due to lack of activity and a seeming lack of general interest in this RP, I'm calling it off. Sad to say, but it just doesn't seem like this kind of thing is what people're looking for right now.
