Yes, I'm aware. I asked the question regarding how the limited player slots would be handled in the interest check. My comment was the result of having just woken up, seeing the brand new OOC and 4 people already having submitted CS'es, and then mentally panicking internally because half of the "potential" spots to be picked for were "potentially  already snagged". I am derp.
