Sam could feel his heart rate increasing as he looked over Stevie, but there were few options remaining. She was smaller than himself, and would certainly be experiencing the cold that much more harshly. "O-Okay." He said finally as he crawled over to her. He hesitantly put his arms around her, then laid down on the ground beside her, holding her tightly in an attempt to conserve warmth. Despite the general awkwardness of the situation, it was a definite improvement. It was not an instant cure for the problem, as he still felt cold, but it was at least more bearable now. Of course, there was another part of his mind that was glad to be holding her for an entirely different reason, but he did his best to ignore it. Sam was silent for a few long moments, not really knowing what to say that wouldn't make the situation more awkward. "Are you...alright?" He asked again, at least wanting to know if she felt warm enough for the moment.
