If it's a hero you could make them either Vigilante or Wildcard. If I need to make a Wildcard 2 slot for the villains I can. Try not to make a super OP vampire though, at least in terms of powersets. Mostly the bigger ones. Strength, speed, etc. is all basic and fine but the other stuff you'd need to just pick one or two. I intended for them to be another villain if there is a slot for it, if not i can make a hero too
