[@Randomguy] It's 2 Skill slots, 2 Charges/uses of Special Skills, and 2 Special Skill slots. Basically, 2 of everything.

[@Digmata] No worries. I do add it will just take time to complete once I get started. If you can help it, can find a face claim for your character.

I will add that your Authority should be stronger. Instead of being able to see someone's desires, why not just straight up be able to manipulate or amplify desires and emotions?
