There was a small laugh as the bird protested again, Hye-Jin looking up at the bird once more before returning to her writing.

They do not allow spell learning without wands, but they must know of it? She paused for a moment, pushing her bag to a side and saying something quietly in Korean as she focused on it. A bottle of water floated up and she grabbed it and drank some as the girl explained her plans.
