Decided to make a character form for Arkerym because why not.
Backstory: In the Shadowfell, at the furthest reaches of the Raven Queen's demesne, lies the Empty Colony. It is named as such because in spite of its sturdy walls, cozy houses, and well maintained streets, nobody lives here. The only occasional exception being when a single instance of the Lonely, a creature of the Shadowfell born from intense yearnings for companionship, wanders in from the wilderness. But even this is short lived, as another of the Lonely tends to arrive soon after, leading the two of them to accidentally kill each other in their obsessive desire for company. It is in this deserted place that a Hexblade by the name of Arkerym makes his lair, though not by choice. In ages past, Arkerym was banished to the Empty Colony by the Raven Queen in the wake of a grievous failure on the Hexblade's part. For many years he languished there in utter isolation. With no one to interact with save the rare and fleeting encounter with one of the simple minded Lonely. And nothing to do save ruminate on his failure. But after many years of both the former and the latter, Arkerym experienced an epiphany. What that epiphany was is counted among one of the many secrets the Hexblade delights in keeping, but it's discovery led to the Raven Queen relaxing the terms of Arkerym's banishment. Once again, the Hexblade was permitted to form pacts with mortals and serve as their warlock patron. Wishing to bring relief to those who suffered as he had, Arkerym almost exclusively took mortals who found themselves alone in the world as his warlocks. One of these mortals eventually being a half-elf by the name of Marian Lovelace. Or, as she renamed herself soon after, Miss Light. Stat Generation: Yes
