[@Ponn] Very good to know your thought process. For the first part. You're absolutely right The restriction on age was entirely my fault, as I'd forgotten to include it in the character sheet template. So that is entirely my fault. As I said in my review; While I believe it is an abusable weakness, I've got no reason to beleive that you - as the writer - would abuse and meta-game/power-game the issue to your benefit. As it is very clear that Violet is made to e a "for the laughs" person when doing her hero-thing. But I still felt it was necessary to point out the potential, as this kind of issue was discussed by me in the interest check, and I (believe?) I've mentioend it in the Character Sheet guide too(?). The third issue is again partly my fault, for not explaining how the S.H.E works. But basically, it consists of several "parts", including a written exam (for checking a person's knowledge about general laws and such), an interview and psych-test (to determine a person's morals, social views, overall behavior and etc). And finally an "aptitude" test, where a person's abilities are tested and demonstrated. As you can tell though, there's only one part of the test where you actually need to use or demonstrate superpowers or physical abilities. Given that the hero-organizations are also goverment sanctioned (and administrated) institutes, the goverment would need to know your real identity in order to give you a license - naturally, they practice Protection of Private Information, so it's not like anyone else would know your true identity unless you revealed it. But again, this is my own fault for not explaining or detailing how the exam works. Finally, for the powrers: Ah good. You explained them and they seem fine. Which means this isn't actually an issue or concern anymore. You're right. A lot of people haveapplied, more than I imagined. Which is why I'm going to extend the player limit to 7 instead of 5. Because if I kept it at 5, that means anyone who applied after the next person got accepted would need to wait for [@Zeroth] and [@Rin] to finish their CS'es, as they've got priority treatment for reviewing characters and joining the RP. And since we've got several folks who didn't come from the interest check, that feels a bit unfair, at least to me. So, if you want, you can still try and join the RP. Either by making a few edits to Violet, or by submitting a new character. But, if you've been or felt turned off by my responses and total neglect as a GM, I completely understand. Thank you for your interest in the TRP either way. I had a lot of fun reading Violet's CS. :)
EDIT:
In order to avoid this sort of thing, I've written up a very brief overview of how the Sanctioned Hero Exam works. You can find it in the first post of the OOC, right below the "Archetypes:" hider. Note that you don't need to ace and score 100% on the exam to pass. You just need to avoid raising any red flags or doing something that'd disqualify you from passing. Oh, and I think I mentioend it already, but I added the 16-22 age restriction to the blank character sheet code as well. I've also updated our player roster to allow 7 peeps to join instead of the original 5, as this got more attention than I imagined it would.
