[b]Academic Qualifications:[/b]
	Theo is a skilled mechanic and has created working replica's of minor Ancient relics whose blueprints are available in Corythos, his lenses being one such replica. He also unsuccessfully tried to recreate relics from incomplete blueprints which resulted in his facial scar. Since he wants to know more about the technology of the Ancients he has studied their language and while not fluent can read it with some difficulty.

[b]History:[/b]
	Theo's family was lower class and his parents were pressured into having him test a prosthetic when he was younger. While he has gotten used to the missing arm, he also gained the goal of becoming influential enough to end such "voluntarily tests" on anyone not already missing a limb. Since that requires him becoming a member of the Directorate he hopes to join The Metian Institute and learn enough about Ancient Technology to minimize the side effects of Corythos' prosthetics and implants.
