Does this control extend to independent undead?

[@Tally Dor] What is wailing distance for Gentle? Since this is an underground dungeon, I'd like to know how much range his omnibeam has and its duration. Is there anything that will stop it?

[@N3v3rM0r3] Skjsel Darkpetal's activities seems centered around his garden, but how many thorn vines can he control at any given time? How many Flesh Amalgamations can he direct at level 1?

[@TimelessParagon] Cain doesn't feel like a level 1 creature, he's very powerful. A prince, even a king. And capable of raising dukes, barons...? I'm glad he's still vulnerable to religious icons and sunlight. What is his age? Are willing to tone him down more, make him a little more vulnerable, a little more having to learn so that he has something to build up to?
