[@Bacon] the crime background will actually make you very easy to integrate into the beginning of the RP, and a little differently too. I don't recommend everyone go for this though due to Japanese societal stigmas.

Your Authority could be stronger. Perhaps instead of just getting everyone's attention it also compels reverence, making it easier to ask everyone affected to do what you want. Plus they will all glaze your character until the effect runs out. It's not an explicit full obedience, so results vary, but a big taunt isn't too strong on its own.
