In other words... I can have Anubis as a Legacy? And dare I say... would such a character be allowed to have canine ears that they habitually try to hide because they're sensitive about the look?
If you want you child to have Anubis as a Legacy, then yes. As far as the ears - no. If your character has the ability of shapeshifting from Anubis and their shapeshifting form is a dog, that's another thing. But demigods just look like humans, so no, they would not have permanent ears.
Would it be unlikely that a Greek and or Roman God might consort with someone of another Pantheon lineage? To what extent would they be looked down upon? Would it be enough so to detriment the viability of the character within the RP? Like, they'd be marked for death? Or just more of a "*scoffs* Froeigner" type of way.
It is unlikely, which is why Legacies are - according to Cannon - more of a Roman thing. Other Pantheon demi's do not have legacies, but I have rewritten the lore to where any demigod from any Pantheon can have a legacy. And as far as the prejudice against them, it would depend on an individual basis. There is peace between Greeks and Romans in our AU, however Romans are big on tradition and keep some old habits alive. If there is a character that outright hates anything non-roman, they may place a target on your character, so to speak. However, the camp as a whole is not against them, if that makes sense. Further more, demigods with non-Roman legacies and/or parents will end up in lesser cohorts. It will also make it to where they get the shittiest of the shit chores, and also make it harder for them to climb the ranks at Camp.
