A man his size needed plenty to keep up his energy, and the warlord wanted to make sure his biomass had fully regenerated. But after that it was time to get on the move again. The procession of Seekers continued their way through the Midnight Walk, eventually reaching the snowfield. In this, Ganondorf was fortunate to be as tall as he was, since that meant the deep snow didn’t bother him like it would anyone else. And besides, no amount of snow would be nearly as frustrating to deal with as the Timefall had been, or especially some of the dirtier locations of the Under which still made the Gerudo groan at the thought of returning to. What did bother him was the obnoxious monkeys throwing darts and generally showing that they were going to be a nuisance. Ganondorf grumbled to himself, convinced he was going to have to waste his energy on monkeys of all things. Even Roxas had started casting buffs in anticipation of a fight. But then the Seekers collectively elected to give the monkeys a wide berth and simply avoid them altogether. Normally Ganondorf would have scoffed at the idea of avoiding a battle. But for these monkeys, he decided he was going to make an exception. They probably would have been a waste of energy to deal with anyway. Although Ganondorf wasn’t content to leave things to chance. He summoned a squad of Moblins to take potshots at the monkeys with their fire arrows while the stagecoach gave its wide berth. A security caution more than anything else. Otherwise, Ganondorf let himself be content to simply keep pace with the stagecoach and follow its lead for now. At this point the warlord was becoming increasingly eager to reach Edinbourgh, where Ace had said Consul L remained as well as the Flame Clock she was custodian of. ”Hmph, how much farther until we reach Edinbourgh?” Ganondorf grunted, asking no one in particular, although Sandalphon would certainly be the best equipped to answer the question.
