[indent]Nancy had grown more frustrated by the second. Her attacks continued to fail, much like they had done prior in the bank against Toro. Had something truly been wrong with the calibration? Once the Delgatos were dealt with, she'd have to a deep dive in Zero-Zero's systems. Something had to be seriously wrong, Nancy had thought, for something surely had to strike eventually.

[color=C40234]"When will people learn,"[/color] Nancy exclaimed, racing down the steps. Bullets peppered Zero-Zero's armor, yet left not much more than scratches on the red paint. [color=C40234]"To not shoot the killer robot?"[/color]

She leapt after one of the Delgatos, intending to snatch him in her grasp and toss him out of the way. Before Nancy could strike her target, however, a woman had burst out of nowhere, and crashed into Zero-Zero. 

Zero-Zero's stabilizers quickly gripped the ground, leaving claw marks in the concrete floor. In succession, Nancy turned to face the stranger, and analyed the woman. She needed to know if she had been a friend or foe, and given the heat of the battle, Nancy was inclined to believe the latter. But then, Nancy noticed a familiar emblem emblazoned across her clothing—the sigil of the Paragon Academy, the school for city's superpowered youth.

Nancy grit her teeth. Not only were the Delgatos trying to set up shop in her home, she also had to deal with a teenager snooping about where they shouldn't be. She couldn't catch a break at all today.

[color=C40234]"Are you crazy?"[/color] Nancy yelled, scolding the woman. She quickly maneuvered Zero-Zero in front of the woman to shield her from the Delgatos, not wanting her death to be on her conscience. [color=c40234]"Are you trying to get yourself killed? Get out of here!"[/color][/indent]
