Hello, I'm UMP45 Respecter, and I'm here to write. In particular, I'm a big fan of science fiction and fantasy, and love stories about adventure and a dash of romance. But I suppose I should get some ground rules on the table.

I'm a 30 year old male, and am open to playing opposite partners of any identity and gender. My only criteria for RP partners is that they're 21+, communicative, and are understanding of things that may get in the way of me posting, such as my autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and depression.
I endeavor to use proper spelling and grammar, and I appreciate partners who do the same; that being said, I'm not a stickler, especially if a partner's first language isn't English.
Despite how long I've been writing, my post lengths tend to be short, in the Free to Casual range. My usual responses range from two to five paragraphs, with three paragraphs being my sweet spot.
I struggle with imagining faces in my head, so face claims are a must for me. My favorite is anime/manga style, but as long as it's not a picture of a real person, it'll do.
It seems this needs to be said, but I am not looking for anything sexual in my RPs. I adore romance (my preference is MxF and FxF), but but I am not on this forum to get my rocks off.
That being said, I am comfortable with mature themes like strong language and violence (I grew up on creature features and classic Call of Duty), and odds are I'm going to want to incorporate themes like violence.
If you've read all of this, please include your favorite cryptid in your PM when you reach out to me.

Now that that's out of the way, I have plot ideas and fandoms I would like to explore!

Halo
Alien, Predator, and AvP
Starship Troopers (bonus points for anything featuring proper powered armor)
Sword Art Online Alternative - Gun Gale Online
Godzilla and the Monsterverse
Pacific Rim

And some plot ideas!
Full-dive virtual reality has become commercially available, and the most anticipated game in years has just released. But when players are trapped, and the game literally becomes a matter of life and death, what will you do to get home?

Long ago the ultra-rich fled a dying Earth to live in habitats on the moon and in orbit around the planet. After running afoul of the powers that be, YC/MC is exiled to the surface of the Earth. It's there that they meet MC/YC, and must learn to survive.

After a disaster on a colony ship, a pair of survivors find themselves stranded on an alien world. Exploring and surviving, what secrets does this planet hold?

In the ruins of the western United States, a bounty hunter and an android team up in order to find lost bunkers filled with technology that would have shifted the tides of WWIII.

To make a long story short, there are things that go bump in the night. For centuries these creatures have been the subject of folklore and urban legends, but when these beasties step out of line, a good way to take care of it is with hot lead and military tactics.
