[@Birdboy]I've read through it a time or two now and I think he can fit into the universe we're building pretty well. Seems sorta similar to Mr. Freeze, and that's one of my favorite Batman villains, so if you're still wanting in (it took my a little longer to reply, I've been sick over a week now) you can repost your sheet in the Character tab and dive in!

EDIT: In a few of my earlier posts I made mention of a villain group forming in the background. I think it was usually at the ends of a few posts, but the groups essentially made up of former OG Alliance members with a few newer jaded heroes and villains. You could tie Cold to them!
