Since I'm officially accepted as [s]Superman[/s] [i]The Blur[/i], just wanted to outline a couple things for the sake of world building and collaboration

-My first little story here I'm going to be using the Collector, Lobo and other miscellaneous bounty hunters.
-On the Earth side of things, the Blur is a local legend to Smallville, though Clark has had a handful adventures in Metropolis, it is not yet 'his' city.
-Lex got the same de-aging as Clark and while is a known up and comer, his father, Lionel is still head of Luthorcorp and running the show.
-Due to the way Clark's abilities currently work, any other members of the 'Super-Family' aren't immediately on the table without so much reimaging they may as well be OCs. (I do have plans on how to open the doors to a Kara before Clark returns to Earth though)

I think that's the major stuff I wanted to note. Feel free to ask me a question in the OOC, or DM me if you want to reference anything from the Superman lore. Everything else I'm kind of saving for a surprise in the IC. 

EDIT: Oh, and much like on Smallville, Clark's arrival to Earth was accompanied by a meteor show bringing lots of irradiated Kryptonite to Earth which in some infected individuals has led to superpowers. Smallville is of course, the meteorite capital of the world following the event and has the highest concentration of these individuals.
