This third generation of Demons are keenly lethal, devoid of Muzan's curse nor in need of blood sustained upgrades from the current Demon King. Their growth in power is defined as the longer they live, the more they fight and eat, the stronger they become. So lethal, they have freewill, hence unpredictable.

The Yatsuchizuki aka 8 Blood Moons are the strongest Demons of Michikatsu, and they take after their Master, none of them will die from decapitation & to defeat a Chizuki, it's either a stall until sunrise, Wisteria poisoning or Red Nichirin Blades.

For 60-years, the Yatsuchizuki has minimal changes, there's rarely ever an attrition to the ranks and Michikatsu. The Yatsuchizuki are defined as Yakuza Lords, and are scattered, stationed in each region of Japan. To Humans, they appear to be more than just Humans in disguise but Japan's biggest crime syndicate. Whereas, their King is the Mayor of Funachi City.

[b]The Four Demon Lords[/b]
The Four Demon Lords are Michikatsu's immediate successors, they are given the task to control each region of Japan. They're Michikatsu's own Upper Moons, and beyond conquest, their penultimate mission is to kill the Demon King in a Yubikiri, meaning promise renouncal via succession. None of them succeeded in becoming the next Demon King.

[b]The Four Demon Consorts[/b]
The Four Demon Consorts are Michikatsu's all girl band & his version of the Lower Moons. Otherwise known as the Rasetsu, these Demons are special since they are capable of producing offspring. Any child borne from their progeny will be fullborn Demons and not hybrids. Unlike the Demon Lords, Michikatsu's designed them as wives for his Demon Lords.

[b]Blood Rite Battles[/b]
A Demon Lord cannot be a Consort and neither can a Consort be a Demon Lord, for these are gender confirming roles.

Ranks, however, inside their group, commences the Blood Rite Battle.

[hider=Mangetsuki]A Mangetsuki is a High Level Demon, often serving as Regents of each Chizuki & unlike their Demon Lords and Demon Consorts, who wear formal clothing, these are the modern day Yakuza thug that one would imagine, they got the tattoos of human blood, a perfect reference to Yakuza culture, as they're also missing a pinky finger, it's moreo so they can't regenerate it.
