Strange things always happened around Delaney — bar fights escalated, wild parties ended in wreckage, and she seemed to draw both joy and destruction in equal measure.

At age 10, she was claimed by Bacchus after a near-fatal incident at a street festival, where her sudden outburst of divine energy caused drunken revelers to riot. Camp Jupiter scouts found her soon after and brought her to New Rome.

There, Delaney trained as a Legionnaire, balancing her father’s chaotic influence with the discipline of her war-goddess ancestor. She served with distinction through her teen years, though her rebellious streak often clashed with authority. By 20, she left the Legion behind, unwilling to be bound by rules. Now she drifts between New Rome and the mortal world, a living contradiction: soldier at heart, hedonist by nature.
