While that chat had distracted her a bit, there was some cleansing that had to be done with these horrible creatures. While the other town of cyborgs she left alone as they weren't hostile, at least for the moment, these clearly were if Blazermate healing Geralt who was getting into a fight with these things was any indication. Granted once the Queen descended upon the fight, things would get a lot more chaotic as she not only nearly doubled the seeker's numbers with her summoned Antlers, she'd fire off various projectiles of raining swords, light rings, and punishing any of the cyborgs that got close with her death pulse and damaging auras making the once mostly calm battlefield filled with many hazards for the enemies of the seekers. She'd let the others collect the spirits left behind much like what Geralt was doing now. While Sectonia was doing her projectile shenanigans, staying at around the middle of the group, Blazermate was off doing her healing duties. She'd throw off an occasional divine star or dissolution for damage or debuffing but for now she didn't ahve to use any of her really big abilities on these things as they were getting cleared up pretty well. --------------------------------------
Roland
Level 7 Roland (65/70) Location: Eseka Word Count: Less than 750 Roland took a bit more of a tour of Eseka to learn what was coming up. as he did, he learned more and more and that made him very sure on what his initial feelings of the area were. This city was if a syndicate of his, the Middle, ruled an entire city itself instead of just a part of the backstreets. Getting back to his room, Roland plopped himself on his bed, getting ready for what would happen tomorrow. While Eseka was a bit better than his own world, it wasn't as interesting as Midgar. Granted while he was working in Midgar, he was part of the secret police of that place. Thinking about it, it seemed that he was in a lot better spot in Midgar than he thought perhaps. Being with these seekers is a bit of a strange feeling, thinking about it. He wasn't really a hero or anything, but from what the others had been saying and what he had learned, there were far 'worse' seekers than him as well as more heroic ones. But he did see some green lush areas that he wouldn't have ever seen in either City or Midgar, so... Maybe he should count himself fortunate? The Avenger needed better food regardless. Hm... If Eseka worked like he thought it did, he could maybe get something going in regards to that. Speaking of Eseka, it seemed to function almost identical to how the Middle functioned. The strongest ruled and it was all by a test of combat and skill. Although he wondered if the four kings had any amount of 'brothership' that that syndicate had, even if it was just as or more warped than those tattooed freaks. At least he had quite a bit of experience fighting these sorts of people, so maybe even if it was for a little bit he could be successful in this system too? He was one of the few doing the Tekken line as it was, so he'd be pretty important regardless. Roland supposed even outside of the City and even the Library he still had to fight to make a living, well thats just how things go he supposed. The only worry was that 'rules' would be enforced when fighting opponents. While he had a general idea of what that meant, would it act like the Library where the space itself changed to accommodate said rules, or were they merely suggestions?
