I had to double check just to make very sure, but yeah, you do add both dice.

Pepper would have heard of these as a creature extinct practically everywhere else except for the Fanewick. In its side and belly, she notices something red pulsating beneath its fur. Maybe it's a lot of blood, an infected wound or some kind of growth, but she can't tell from here. Its eyes are hazy, clouded, like it's not properly taking in its surroundings.

Also, when I say, large, I mean big enough that if it stood on its hind legs, its could almost touch the bottoms of some of the buildings nestled in Alula's trees. Animals can grow to practically kaiju sizes in Fanewick.
