"Good morning, beautiful." Sam said giving her a smile as he brought himself to his feet. As much as he wanted to stay and hold her, he still felt nervous in doing so. As he stood over her, reaching down to offer her his hand, he could not help but to look over her body, which he could now see more clearly in the daylight. Even though she was covered in dried blood, he still found her beautiful, which caused his heart rate to accelerate a bit as he looked at her. He no longer felt quite as much embarrassment as he did the night before, but it was still going to take a lot of getting used to for him to be calm while around her in this state. It was probably going to take all day to get home, so it was something he would have to find a way to deal with.
