I'd say it would, so that would be 9 with hope then. 

I'll say from the physical signs she can see, Pepper can tell this is definitely not rabies or any similar, but other than that, what this creature might be suffering from is unknown to her. The creature doesn't [i]seem[/i] aggressive right now, but... something definitely is not [i]right[/i] with it.
