The Golgotha Larva (or G-blobs for short) are the offspring of the cloned William Birkin due to the G-virus (Henceforth, this strain will be called "G-Neo" to distinguish it from prior strains) mutating in his body. This strain has allowed Birkin the ability to reproduce without the need to implant embryos into other beings. A relief for anyone who reads this, I'm sure. As such, the only ways to transfer G-Neo is through either a blood transfusion, or through intercourse. Currently, Birkin has given birth to four offspring. The G-blobs are roughly the size of a small house cat and weigh only a few pounds. As their name suggests, they resemble a miniature version of Birkin's fifth Golgotha form. They are characterized by the rubbery rust-red skin, round mouth filled with rows of teeth, numerous tentacles, large orange colored eyes, as well as a vestigial second head consisting of mainly an upper jaw and red eyes. Their primary source of locomotion is to simply crawl about on the ground. While not particularly fast, they can cross a surprisingly amount of distance if determined enough. So, it's best to keep a close eye on them at all times. While they can use their tentacles to climb, they are not particularly graceful when doing so. My guess is that this is more to them being juveniles rather than anything else. Where the G-blobs thrive most, in terms of movement, however, is underwater. They are surprisingly adept swimmers capable of moving with surprising grace and agility. Likewise, preliminary examinations show that they also possess a small set of gills allowing them to breathe underwater. I have yet to see if Birkin himself possesses such gills though the prospect is likely. In terms of intelligence, the G-blobs demonstrate cognitive skills comparable to that of a human toddler. They are very curious and have the habit of wanting to explore any surface they can reach. Cute, yes, but also a handful at times. G-Blobs are also highly omnivorous scavengers capable of eating various forms of plant and animal matter. However, their jaws are relatively weak by comparison requiring them to swallow food whole. When threatened, they will emit a loud shrieking sound alerting Birkin to their presence. They may also bite using their sharp teeth, though, given their weak jaws, they are incapable of doing any serious damage. Since they are in the larval stage, I suspect that they may be capable of metamorphosis. When this occurs and what happens has yet to be documented.
