No one is looking at sheets on their second monitor while reading posts to get a visual reference. It's a written medium. Everyone's characters look how I decide they look in my head when I read the post. At best, faceclaims are a signpost for the key differences (in this case, 'this character is a child'). I can count on my hands the number of times I've needed to refer back to a sheet after it's been accepted.
