[@Rhona W] I can't take credit for the art. A friend of mine showed it to me one day while we were both into Wildstar, and I tracked it down to a Deviant Artist. That game did not get enough love. Ah well. As for their culture, I read through it, and it seemed to me that any race that tweaks its own genes would definitely design for versatility in the species, especially if they didn't want to be predictable to the Totality. Anyway... So, I altered the training dynamic to give the melee-focused stuff kind of a backseat by stating it was what they used to survive before the Coalition took them in. Removed tekko-kagi from Kerris, as they were more a flavor choice and potentially redundant, and uhh...I think the pulse rifles from Aliens are possible in this world, right? They're still solid ammo, but a different firing process with caseless ammunition. If not, I'll change it to a FAMAS or something. Didn't seem like I needed to change Maxon's weapons, just the level of experience and skill he has in them, but I tweaked the knife and added an alternate take on his heavy weapon. (Maxon finds bullets to be a bit small for combat...and his hands.) If you have any specific niggles in that area, let me know.
