People deserve to feel safe.[/sub]
how would you describe their personality? If there is one word that describes Scott, then that word would be calm. Scott oozes calm from his many years training and competing in the world of boxing, his uncle instilling the need to control his emotions. This also extends to his patience, letting him think rationally and logically in most situations. Being a boxer, these traits have helped him learn to read people but, that does not mean that Scott is free of faults. His emotions are a constant storm within, breaking through most notably when he witnesses bully behavior. This has led him to get into trouble many times as Scott is willing throw the first punch if that's what the situation calls for, and many bruised bullies could attest to this. Being calm and collected is not Scott's only trait as he enjoys company, going out of his way to make friends with like-minded people. He thrives on these bonds, letting him open up and fill rooms with laughter. While not a goofball, he indulges in humor with friends in ways he wouldn't with strangers. He is kind to all people though, a trait learned from his uncle. Lastly, Scott has an obsession with fashion that is shines through with how he dresses. Like the confidence he exudes when boxing, he is beyond confident in every outfit he creates, and there is no one on the planet that could make him feel otherwise. what has their life in Angel Grove been like? Scott's family has lived within Angel Grove for many generations, from his father to his father's father to his father's father's father, a family lineage that anyone could date back for generations. For those that knew his family, they would know one thing about them, they were all athletes in some way. Gerald Young, Scott's father, would end up as a famous former star quarterback for the Angel Grove T-Rex known for his career ending injury and his uncle Joseph would go on to be a retired World Class, Scott would end up following in his uncle's path. Though sports was not the only thing that his family was known for. From an early age, Scott would learn of his family's activism, advocating for the less fortunate and taking time to speak up against those that seek to harm others. Scott was never interested in that aspect of his family, instead throwing himself fully into boxing, looking to be the next top star, but the ideas of activism would linger in the back of his mind. Despite his father's protests, he would be allowed to train day and night, as long as his grades stayed in the positive, where he and his uncle would bond. He was wealthy kid that showed promise as an athlete, which in turn made his quite popular with other kids his age, including the ladies. Fortunately Angel Grove hosted a Boxing Club to which Scott would join upon entering high school, taking the top spot due to his years of extensive training. Life seemed perfect before it all came crashing down. One afternoon, Joseph and Scott would come upon a young boy being bullied by two teens, and interject to help. This interjection would lead to a fight would end in Joseph being injured, an attack from a weapon causing him to lose feeling in his legs. For the first time in a long time, Scott would become enraged and manage to beat both bullies, but not without his own injuries. 9-1-1 would be called to the scene, and Joseph would get the help he needed. Only a day has passed since the incident and Scott could only sit in his mother's bakery, wondering if just throwing punches was enough for him, maybe he needed to do more. Bullying was an issue that needed to be addressed and Scott was not going to stop till others without his advantages were safe. what can they do? what are they good at? Scott is a damn good fighter, his body honed to be able to fight whenever he needs to. He's a technical boxer, who's faster than most people would expect and his stamina is quite high. His ability to read people is adequate and more useful in a fight than a social setting. Scott is not just a fighter at heart, but he's also learned how to bake from his mother, a skill he keeps hidden. He's quite good at extreme sports, skateboarding, cycling, and surfing being the three that he knows and enjoys. Lastly, Scott can tell you whatever you detail you need to know about football or basketball, having taken interest after watching his father's old football games.
