The onus is not going to be on me to tell you when not to be involved. Unless you're completely gone deaf, I've very clearly stated my feelings on the matter, if I want the interaction an invitation will be put forth. As others have noted, it's not unusual for multiple heroes to occupy a space where events happen without them all dogpiling on them. By your logic, if you had placed Thor in New York you'd be expecting Spider-Man, Ghost Rider, Martian Manhunter etc all to communicate anytime they didn't want Thor to intervene in their plots. Which hopefully sounds as ridiculous to you as it is.
No. Not when not to get involved. Just a heads up that there's a big thing happening so I can prepare for it and make arrangements for Thor to be doing something else. It's literally the same as you arranging a crossover event ahead of time. There's also a huge difference between something happening in one part of a city versus a sonic boom being heard over Metropolis and a giant man on a hover bike circling around the middle of the city. That's something too noticeable for Thor not to reasonably interfere with. That's completely different from the boat explosion that was used to tarnish Thor's reputation. That's why I said it'd be better if it was happening at the same time as the Fire Trolls event because it gives a legitimate reason as to why Thor wouldn't pop up and check on someone doing donuts above Metropolis. This is not an unreasonable or ridiculous ask.
